The Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing intelligent automation processes within the bank in order to optimize operational processes and increase efficiency. The candidate should have experience in business process automation and the application of artificial intelligence.

Job description

The Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation Specialist will be part of the Intelligent Process Automation team within Digital Business Transformation Asia. As a key member of the team, the candidate will be responsible for driving the bank's strategic initiatives and delivering intelligent solutions (from robotics to artificial intelligence) that support operational success.

Primary responsibilities

  • Lead and drive intelligent process automation initiatives by leveraging a broad range of automation and AI capabilities
  • Enabling communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, design, and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Building, maintaining, and prioritizing automation pipelines, translating business requirements, and supporting solution design and delivery
  • Work closely with business teams to define requirements, map processes, and manage expectations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, validate, and implement solutions that meet business requirements
  • Coordinating testing and standby activities, ensuring a smooth production handover, and driving change management
  • Supporting the operational monitoring of live automations, ensuring transparent user updates, and effectively resolving incidents or problems
  • Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resource planning and allocation
  • Managing project risks, dependencies, and inter-team monitoring, ensuring strong governance and proactive mitigation of issues
  • Providing clear, structured updates, reports, and presentations for management and steering committees
  • Supporting overall regulations and compliance for all automation initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Adaptable and comfortable in fast-changing, high-speed environments
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with strong accountability for results
  • Curious and innovative, with a continuous learning attitude (especially in AI and automation trends)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics in simple business language
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across teams
  • Collaborative team player who facilitates alignment among cross-functional partners

Professional and technical requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of private banking processes, customer lifecycle, and control environments (preferred)
