Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation Specialist

The Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation Specialist is responsible for leading and implementing automation initiatives within the bank to support operational excellence and develop efficient solutions. The candidate should have experience in automating business processes and applying artificial intelligence to achieve the bank's goals.

Tasks

  • Lead and drive intelligent process automation initiatives from start to finish by leveraging a broad range of automation and AI capabilities, from robotics to AI-powered solutions.
  • As a key representative of the business, lead communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, design, and prioritize automation opportunities that simplify workflow, improve business operations, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
  • Build, maintain, and prioritize the automation pipeline, translate use cases into clear business requirements, and support solution design and delivery.
  • Work closely with business teams to define requirements, map processes, manage expectations, and promote the adoption of automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, validate, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and comply with governance standards.
  • Coordinate testing and readiness activities, ensure a smooth transition to production, and drive change management to enable effective adoption.
  • Support operational monitoring of live automations, ensure transparent user updates, and effectively resolve incidents or issues.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning and allocation
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and coordination between teams, ensuring strong governance and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Provide clear, structured updates/reports/presentations for management and steering committees.
  • Support overall governance and compliance for all automation initiatives
  • Contribute to the banking industry's goal of intelligent banking by driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation through automation.

Regulatory responsibilities and risk management

  • Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, diligence and prudence, fair business practices (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
