Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation Specialist
The Enterprise Intelligent Process Automation Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing intelligent automation processes within the bank to support operational excellence and improve efficiency. The candidate should have experience in leading automation initiatives and collaborating with various teams to develop solutions that simplify and improve business processes.
Tasks
- Lead and drive end-to-end intelligent process automation initiatives by leveraging a broad spectrum of automation and AI capabilities, from robotics to AI-powered solutions.
- Act as a key representative of the business and facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify, design, and prioritize automation opportunities that simplify work, improve business operations, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the automation pipeline, translate use cases into clear business requirements, and support solution design and delivery.
- Work closely with business teams to define requirements, map processes, manage expectations, and drive adoption of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design, validate, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and comply with governance standards.
- Coordinate testing and readiness activities, ensure a smooth transition to production, and drive change management to enable effective adoption.
- Support the operational monitoring of live automations, ensure transparent user updates, and effectively resolve incidents or issues.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning and allocation.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and inter-team coordination, ensuring strong governance and proactive risk mitigation.
- Provide clear, structured updates/reports/presentations for management and steering committees.
- Support overall governance and compliance for all automation initiatives.
- Contribute to the banking vision of intelligent banking by driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation through automation.

Professional and technical
- University degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of private banking processes, customer lifecycle, and control environment
