Vos missions

• Ensure the operational continuity of the Procure-to-Pay and Budget-to-Report processes, in particular by enhancing existing dashboards to improve the quality and reliability of IT cost management and performance management.
• Analytical allocation of information system costs, based on FinOps principles.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of the monitoring and reporting processes, analyzing and monitoring external service providers (dependencies, performance, and contractual structure), and optimizing existing tools to enhance the quality and reliability of management.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to project management—including the management of external service providers—as well as cost management and the team's monitoring tools.
• Suggest areas for improvement and contribute independently.
• Develop and organize new dashboards and monitoring tools for the team.

Votre profil

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, management accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Python is a plus.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Ability to learn quickly, work diligently, and work independently.
• Good team spirit, a sense of confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English.
