Environment Manager (h/f/x)

Job description

Tasks

• Gérer l'ensemble des environnements intégrés
• Organize the activities of the technical and project teams on the different environments
• Développer les environnements applicatifs afin de correspondre aux standards
• Ensure a global and consolidated monitoring of the application versions deployed in each environment
• Share a detailed view of the configuration of the environments with the parties involved in order to facilitate the planning and monitoring of the progress of the projects

Coordination and prioritization of initiatives

• Faciliter l'arbitrage entre les déploiements applicatifs et les activités de test
• Permettre une allocation optimale des ressources en fonction des priorités et des dépendancies identifiées
• Ensure a global and continued visibility on the initiatives in progress and to come

Improvement of processes

• Putting in place standardized processes and working methods for effective environmental governance
• Promote the sharing of knowledge and best practices between program and project teams

Requirements

• Diplôme d'études supérieures en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
• Complementary training in dependency management or company architecture would be a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT development, in particular the concepts of DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience in high energy digital transformation projects
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de roadmap et d'expertise technique de configuration / administration de JIRA
• Significant experience in managing dependencies and integrating systems
• Excellent animation capacity of the transversal teams to work in collaborative mode
• Maîtrise du français (B2 min) et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit

• Procédant et force de proposition, vous dispose d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et savez prioriser des initiatives en fonction des besoins stratégiques et anticiper la résolution des conflits liés aux dépendances.
• A l'aise à l'écrit comme à l'orale, vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences en communication relationnelle.
