EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst

Tasks

• Be part of the team responsible for group performance measurement, budgeting, and reporting in Lugano, and continue to develop and maintain the existing OneStream platform.
• Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and development of the existing OneStream planning platform.
• Support performance measurement activities by conducting detailed analyses of financial performance, identifying root causes, and providing insights into levers for value creation.
• Play an active role in supporting business development and data analysis, serving as a business partner in modeling and forecasting methodologies.
• Business analyst and power user of MI (Management Information) data.
• Design and maintenance of data models for analysis and forecasting.
• Creating and compiling dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Active participation in business development discussions.
• Active collaboration with the Strategy and Corporate Development unit.
• Design and development of MI reports and simulations using data from the bank's various MIS systems to provide the business with insights into levers for value creation.
• Building strong relationships with business management and business partners.

Requirements

• Professional experience in EPM business intelligence in the finance/consulting sector.
• OneStream software; maintenance and implementation of EPM application development.
• Ability to understand large datasets, as well as experience in data modeling, writing queries, and data normalization.
• Power user of OneStream, MS Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPivot, with the ability to extract, process, and visualize data.
• A quick learner, precise and efficient.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to acquire new knowledge and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen work demands.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
