EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst

Tasks

• Part of the Group Performance Measurement, Budgeting & Reporting department within the Strategic Planning and Transformation division
• Support for day-to-day business processes to facilitate rapid reporting and performance monitoring, as well as to enable value-driven business decision-making
• Monitoring, Maintenance, and Development of the Existing OneStream Planning Platform
• Support performance monitoring activities in collaboration with other resources by performing consolidations, conducting granular analysis of the causes of financial performance, and providing insights into value creation levers
• Play an active role in supporting business development by providing better decision support through the use of data modeling and predictive analytics
• EPM OneStream Developer
• Business Analyst and Power User of M1 Data
• Design and Maintenance of Data Models for Analysis and Forecasting
• Design and creation of dashboards and presentations for senior management
• Active Role in Discussions on Business Performance
• Active collaboration with the Strategy & Corporate Development unit
• Design and development of M1 reports and simulations using business data for scenario analysis
• Development and refinement of various models in simulation studies aimed at evaluating the drivers of business growth
• Build strong relationships with business management and business stakeholders to promote EFG standards within the business units – Partnership

Requirements

• Professional experience in EPM Business Intelligence in the financial industry
• OneStream Software: Maintenance and development of EPM applications, ability to solve problems and implement improvements
• Ability to understand large data sets and experience in data modeling
• Power User of OneStream, MS Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPivot
• Guide to Automating Data Collection and Reporting
• A quick learner, precise and efficient
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to embrace new knowledge and challenges
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen work demands
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Fluent in Italian and English
