Job description
Tasks
- Advising clients on customized derivative solutions, including cash extraction, yield enhancement, participation and hedging
- Collaborate with commercial, credit and legal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Building strong relationships with relationship managers and institutional clients
- Structuring and execution of complex trades, including cash extractions and stake building
- Identification of market opportunities and generation of feasible trading ideas
- Presentations to clients, creation of high quality marketing materials and domestic and international travel to strengthen client relationships
- Supporting the growth of the equity derivatives franchise and our automated OTC trading platform
Requirements
- Proven experience in derivative and client-facing roles
- Balanced skill set that combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills
- High energy, ownership, customer focus and collaborative mindset
- Strong communicator with sales skills, networking skills and attention to detail
- Skills in options, market dynamics and financial modeling; experience with Excel, programming and Bloomberg
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific field; CFA, CAIA or FRM qualification is a strong advantage
