Equity Solutions - Associate

Job description

The position as Equity Solutions Associate includes the following tasks:

• Origination and structuring of solution and financing transactions
• Monitoring transaction execution through documentation, committee approval, and customer management until completion
• Collaborate with relationship managers in IBD, Sponsors Coverage, CFS, and Global Markets to identify opportunities
• Compliance with Nomura's policies and procedures

Requirements

The following skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge are required for this position:

• A proven track record in executing equity solution transactions
• Experience in integrating all relevant business areas
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and internal functions
• Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Independent starter with the goal of building a business and owning a product area or regional focus
