Responsibilities

• Origination and structuring of transaction and financing deals
• Managing the execution of transactions through documentation, committee approval, and client management to close the deal
• Collaborating with relationship managers in IBD, Sponsor Coverage, CFS, and Global Markets to identify opportunities
• Compliance with Nomura's policies and procedures

Required skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge

• A proven track record of executing equity solution transactions
• Experience in engaging all relevant business lines
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and internal departments
• Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
• A self-starter with the ambition to build a business and create or develop a product area or regional focus
