Inheritance consultant (f/m/d)
Raiffeisen Bank is looking for an inheritance advisor (f/m/d) to support its inheritance advisory team in order to assist clients with the orderly transfer of their assets to the next generation. The position involves advising clients, drafting documents and contracts as well as providing professional training and development for wealth advisors.
Job description
Tasks
- Client advice on the following topics: Matrimonial property and inheritance law, cohabitation, home ownership and child and adult protection, taking tax aspects into account.
- Preparation of documents and contracts: Wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, bankruptcy inventories, advance care directives and memoranda, etc.
- Contact point for questions relating to child and adult protection measures
- Co-design and implementation of the professional training and further education of investment advisors as well as speaker activities focused on client requests
- Collaboration in projects and working groups
- Regular travel (work takes place in the eastern part of Switzerland)
Requirements
- Successfully completed basic legal training (e.g. law degree, notary's office)
- Sound knowledge of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- First professional experience in the field of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- An affinity for consulting, coupled with initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and diplomatic skills
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance
- High quality awareness and stylistically confident German language skills
