The Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Group is looking for someone to support account managers in handling demanding family office mandates, particularly in setting up and managing mandates, reporting, and communicating with clients. The position requires experience in the family office environment, private banking, or tax services.

Tasks

  • You will support our client managers in handling demanding family office mandates, in particular by:
  • Assistance in setting up and managing ongoing family office mandates
  • Support with tendering, mandate tracking, and KYC processes
  • Establishment and further development of reporting structures in cooperation with external accountants
  • Supplementing or supplying reporting content that is not fed directly into accounting
  • Preparation, review, and quality assurance of monthly and quarterly asset reports for clients
  • Obtaining and evaluating offers from external service providers for our client families
  • Collaboration on mandate-specific special projects and internal projects
  • Support with cross-functional tasks (e.g., data protection), maintenance of client files and the CRM system

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience, ideally in a family office environment, private banking, or tax services
  • Completed commercial or tax training, preferably supplemented by a relevant degree
  • Basic knowledge of financial services, controlling, and reporting. You are familiar with capital market developments.
  • Structured, value-oriented, and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of commitment, diligence, and resilience
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with our clients
