Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Group is looking for an employee to carry out analyses and provide advice on senior and qualitative issues in controlling/planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in controlling/planning, knowledge of MS Office and analysis tools as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Job description
- Conducting analyses to derive management impulses for the Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Group and its subsidiaries
- Advice and support for senior and qualitative issues
- Business partner for internal and external stakeholders
- Independent collaboration in cross-group projects as a technical contact person and independent topic coordination
- Analysis and optimization of internal, cross-divisional and cross-group processes
Requirements
- Degree in economics (business administration) or a qualified apprenticeship
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling / planning, ideally in a financial institution or in consulting
- Practical experience in the implementation of a planning / forecasting platform for mapping integrated financial planning (ideally CCH Tagetik)
- Technical affinity for the implementation and optimization of systems and databases for the efficient and automated design of control and reporting processes
- Very good knowledge of the common MS-Office products (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Analytical thinking, systematic, results-oriented and independent way of working with initiative
- Affinity for numbers, high quality awareness and good understanding of processes and systems
- Strong communication skills, strong team spirit and agile mindset
- Willingness to take on responsibility and high reliability
