Tasks

Creation of individual investment strategies and portfolio analyses with portfolio management
Participation in M&A transactions and company sales
Regional support and sustainable activation of associated savings banks as well as support in the acquisition and activation of new savings banks for intensive cooperation
Creation and ongoing development of advisory processes
Advice on statutory regulations (WpHG, MaBV, MiFID), capital market compliance regulations and internal regulations
Maintaining contact with the decision-makers at the savings banks

Requirements

Successfully completed banking training, supplemented by an excellent degree in economics with a focus on banking and stock exchange and, if possible, in-depth theoretical knowledge (CEB, EP, CWM etc.)
Several years of challenging work in the Private Banking, Wealth Management or Family Office segment in a bank
Experience and proven success in dealing with demanding customers
In-depth knowledge of the markets for all processes from acquisition to support for and with demanding customers
Experience and sustainable success in the credit, treasury and securities sectors
Knowledge of tax and accounting issues desirable
Strong customer and service orientation
Confident appearance and excellent manners
High resilience and talent for coordination
Willingness to perform and awareness of change
Systematic, goal-oriented and efficient way of working
Written and spoken German and English
