Job description

  • In certain cases, you will contact our customers by telephone (outbound) to clarify concerns personally and directly - always with a view to providing high-quality support.

Requirements

  • You have a very good written knowledge of German and French (C1/C2) - other languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
  • You have a commercial education or comparable qualifications (e.g. linguistics, communication, banking/finance) and have experience in written customer support.
  • You also know how to read between the lines, develop punchy answers and impress with your flair for language.
  • You deal openly with feedback and use feedback specifically to further develop written texts.
  • Your way of working is structured, careful and solution-oriented.
