Tasks and requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or comparable qualification
- Experience in process management or process handling, currently in the banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of RPA solutions
- Good understanding of banking processes and regulatory frameworks
- Technical understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and data flows
- Experience in using BPM process modeling tools is an advantage, as is advanced knowledge of VBA programming for MS Office applications and/or JavaScript, as well as knowledge and experience with the agree21 banking system.
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and a high level of problem-solving ability and process-oriented thinking paired with creativity and pragmatism
- Independent working style and strong communication skills
- Willingness to take on responsibility, combined with a high willingness to perform and learn in order to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics
