Tasks
- Contact person for employees in Wealth and Portfolio Management for technical and legal questions (e.g. on account and custody accounts, asset management and investment advice)
Requirements
- Successfully completed law degree (LL.B., LL.M., 1st or 2nd state examination)
- Professional experience in the banking sector and/or basic knowledge of banking and capital market law desirable
- Knowledge of German and European regulatory law (e.g., EGG, MiFID, KWG, WpHG, MaRisk, MaComp), etc. is an advantage.
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of problem-solving competence and process-oriented thinking paired with creativity and pragmatism
- Ability to work independently and constant cooperation skills, coupled with teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with others
- Willingness to take on responsibility, combined with a high willingness to perform and learn in order to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics
