Your area of responsibility

  • Ensuring compliance with existing regulatory and legal requirements and the proper implementation of new ones (e.g., CRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) in the area of compensation

Your profile

  • A college degree or advanced training in business administration
  • At least 15 years of solid experience in the field of compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work successfully and independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or other HR IT systems is a plus
