LGT is seeking an experienced professional in the field of Compensation & Benefits who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the compensation arena and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and be fluent in both German and English.
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with existing regulatory and legal requirements and the proper implementation of new ones (e.g., CRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) in the area of compensation
Your profile
- A college degree or advanced training in business administration
- At least 15 years of solid experience in the field of compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work successfully and independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or other HR IT systems is a plus
