ESG Administrative Assistant

EFG International is seeking an ESG Administrative Assistant to support the implementation of the Group’s ESG strategy and to be responsible for the collection and quality assurance of ESG data. The ideal candidate will have experience in ESG data management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The EFG General Services Administrator supports the implementation of the Group's ESG decarbonization strategy with a focus on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and ensuring robust, audited sustainability data across all Group units. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of ESG environmental data collection processes and supports the CO2, finance, and corporate sustainability teams in implementing advanced tools for data analysis and system automation.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of the Group's decarbonization strategy to contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions in line with established targets.
  • Coordinating the collection of ESG environmental data at group level and participating in periodic reviews to promote continuous improvement.
  • Support with centralized data entry activities for Switzerland, if necessary.
  • Conducting quality checks on ESG data to identify and report anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Performing checks on consolidated ESG data at group level to ensure the timely completion of the annual sustainability report in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing annual training sessions for data owners and key stakeholders in the group.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of update presentations for committees (e.g., steering committee) and senior management.
  • Supporting the ESG data quality assurance process, including coordination with external auditors.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate sustainability, and IT teams to develop systems for data analysis, automated data management, and reporting.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Experience in ESG data management, sustainability reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and system automation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong preference for English proficiency.
