ETF & Index Fund Investment Analyst

Tasks

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of products and competitors' offerings. Detailed performance attributions are calculated weekly across specific indices.
• Communicating and presenting the analysis results to internal stakeholders, customers, and target audiences at various levels.
• Understanding and translating investors' needs into improvements to the methodology.
• Improving and automating processes in the field of data analysis, as well as presenting the results in reports and presentations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong interest in ETFs and knowledge of market indices.
• Doctorate, master's degree, or equivalent degree in a quantitative field.
• Ability to apply numerical analysis, models, and mathematics, as well as theorems, to solve complex problems.
• Passion for financial markets and portfolio construction; a structured, systematic approach to work.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A continuous desire to explore how AI/ML and AI can be used to improve processes, risk standards, and the ethical use of data.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to share knowledge and best practices within the team.
