ETL Developer
The position as an ETL Developer at Charles River Development, a division of State Street, involves developing ETL data pipelines and working with Snowflake databases, Java microservices, and other technologies. The successful candidate should have experience with Talend Data Integration and Java microservices and be able to ensure high-quality software development.
Tasks
As a talented ETL developer, you are responsible for developing ETL data pipelines and have experience with the Snowflake database, CI/CD deployments, and data quality design. Your responsibilities include:- Development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software programs, applications, and projects using Java, SQL, and ETL tools
- Contributing to code reviews and participating in agile software development
- Writing unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality final product
- Conduct manual tests to ensure the quality of the final product
- Contributing to the improvement of software development testing methods and contributing to testing method frameworks
Requirements
The following qualifications and experience are required for this position:- Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or another technical field (B.S. or higher)
- At least 2–5 years of experience with Talend Data Integration and Java microservices
- Expert knowledge of Talend Studio R10.022 and later versions
- Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data quality
- Java (Spring Boot) skills and knowledge of SQL
