Tasks

Your main responsibilities:

• As part of the credit approval process, and by entering data into the internal appraisal tool, perform real estate appraisals of single-family residential properties (houses and apartments) and small investment properties,
• Conduct, within the scope of the authority granted, real estate appraisals of these same properties when the automated valuation cannot be used (for example, in cases subject to the LDFR or a specific legal framework),
• Support and advise front-line managers by providing technical expertise,
• Consult with expert colleagues or real estate experts on the most complex cases.

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Knowledge of the legal and technical aspects of the real estate sector
• Knowledge of Consumer Lending
