Event Attendant

The role

Is the customer always your top priority? Do you enjoy creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere? To support our team in Basel, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as an Event Attendant on an on-call hourly basis (averaging approximately 65 hours per year). In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients and guests at various events, such as client events, press conferences, or third-party events in which UBS is involved. You will support the Event Managers and play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and safely.

Our team

Event Attendants are based in various regions across Switzerland and form motivated, enthusiastic teams that actively support one another at exciting regional events. We are part of the Group Functions business unit, which provides a wide range of logistics services.

Requirements

• Excellent written German and good verbal communication skills
