Event Attendant

The role

Is the customer always your top priority? Do you enjoy creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere? To support our team in Bern, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as an Event Attendant on an on-call hourly basis (averaging approximately 65 hours per year). In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers and guests at various events, such as customer events, press conferences, or third-party events, with dedication. You will support the Event Managers and play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and safely.

Our team

Event Attendants are based in various regions across Switzerland and form motivated and enthusiastic teams that actively support one another at exciting regional events. We are part of the Group Functions business unit, which covers a wide range of logistics services.

• Excellent German skills and good spoken English
