Event Attendant

The role

Do you always put the customer first? Do you enjoy creating a pleasant "welcome" atmosphere? To support our team in Lucerne, we are looking for a new colleague as an event attendant on an hourly wage on call (average of around 65 hours per year). In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and looking after customers and guests at various events, such as customer events, press conferences, or third-party events. You will support the event managers and play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and safely.

Tasks

The event attendants are employed in various regions throughout Switzerland and form motivated and enthusiastic teams that actively support each other at exciting regional events.

Requirements

• Committed, a team player, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent hosting skills
• Safe use of digital devices
• Very good knowledge of German, French, and/or English
