Event Planner Data Specialist - Associate

Tasks

• Creating event registration websites on our event management platform
• Collaborate with the Head of JPX Events to create event launches
• Communication with IPB Event Team partners to gather nominations
• Verification of Event Nominations for Accuracy
• Tracking RSVPs via the IPB Private Bank event platform and distributing them to confirm attendees
• Develop a deep understanding of event data to identify efficiencies, provide recommendations to invitees, and ensure that event criteria are met precisely
• Applying global data protection rules and regulations and ensuring compliance with the guidelines
• Support for targeted events and projects (particularly those based in EMEA)
• Providing event support to regional event teams on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the events industry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and event management applications
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable experience in organization and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Strong organizational background with proven experience in delivering high-quality results
• Commitment to a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to remain organized, calm, and focused under pressure
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the financial services sector and in event planning
• Fluency in French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish
