Event Manager (50–100%)
St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking an Event Manager (50–100%) for its Marketing and Events & Sponsorship department to create innovative experiences for customers. The position requires experience in event management, promotion, and hospitality, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Tasks
- You’ll play an active role at events on-site and represent SGKB as a “highly recommended” event agency. - You’ll coordinate with internal and external partners regarding the events and ensure that everything runs smoothly. - You’ll also support the Event & Sponsorship Team in planning and executing additional events.Requirements
- You have a degree or professional training in marketing or event management
- You have many years of experience in organizing and executing extraordinary events.
- In addition, you have experience in marketing and the restaurant industry.
- You're a friend in the events industry, and you're known for your—quite remarkable—ability to find solutions.
- You enjoy being on the go, are outgoing, and are approachable.
- You enjoy organizing, and attention to detail is one of your strengths.
- You're really taking a risk by trying to handle several tasks at once.
- You communicate fluently in German and enjoy talking on the phone.
- You are willing to work evenings and weekends.
