EWP (Enterprise Workspace Platform) - L2 Client Support Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

Julius Baer is looking for an experienced IT support expert as EWP L2 Client Support Engineer to solve complex technical issues for internal end users. The focus is on supporting Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and the Enterprise Workspace Platform.

Job description

Tasks

  • Provide tier 2 support for Windows and/or macOS computers (e.g., Windows, macOS, Citrix, etc.)
  • Support and maintain PDF and Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
  • Collaborate closely with Level-1 support team and the engineering team to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements
  • Independently manage and resolve incidents via remote access
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and known issues in the internal knowledge base
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client system stability

Requirements

  • IT related degree as a computer technician, high school diploma or proven experience in IT support (at least 2 years of experience)
  • Solid experience in Windows client support (preferably Windows 10/11)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Familiarity with Adobe products and PDF workflows
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM)
  • Basic PowerShell Usage
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
