EWP (Enterprise Workspace Platform) - L2 Client Support Engineer 100% (m/f/d)
Julius Baer is seeking an experienced IT support professional as an EWP L2 Client Support Engineer who can resolve complex technical issues for internal end users, specifically with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. The new employee will be part of the EWP Level-2 support team and will be expected to help solve problems, implement improvements and document troubleshooting steps.
Job description
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT support professional to join our EWP Level 2 support team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to internal end users and resolve complex issues requiring in-depth analysis and troubleshooting, with a focus on Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 andTasks
- Provide Level 2 support for end-user applications (e.g. Outlook, Lync, Internet, etc.)
 - Support and maintain PDF and Adobe solutions (e.g. Adobe Acrobat)
 - Work closely with the Level 1 support team and engineering team to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements
 - Manage and resolve incidents independently via remote access
 - Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and known issues in the internal knowledge base
 - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client system stability
 
Requirements
- IT degree as a computer technician, high school diploma or proven experience in IT support (at least 2 years of experience)
 - Solid experience in Windows client support (preferably Windows 10/11)
 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services
 - Familiarity with Adobe products and PDF workflows
 - Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM)
 - Basic PowerShell usage
