EWP (Enterprise Workspace Platform) - L2 Client Support Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

For the position of EWP L2 Client Support Engineer at Julius Baer in Madrid, we are looking for an experienced IT support expert who can solve complex technical problems in the area of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Workspace Platform. The main responsibilities include providing level 2 support, troubleshooting and documenting solutions.

Tasks

  • Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Support and maintain PDF and Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
  • Collaborate closely with the Level 1 support team and the engineering team to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements
  • Independently manage and resolve incidents via remote access
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and known issues in the internal knowledge base
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client system stability

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise workspace platforms and related technologies
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and communication
