EWP (Enterprise Workspace Platform) - L2 Client Support Engineer
Julius Baer is looking for an experienced EWP L2 Client Support Engineer who is a technical expert to solve complex technical issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The new employee will act as the main point of contact for EWP support and work with various teams.
Job description
Tasks
- ACT as primary contact for EWP support, analyzing and troubleshooting unknown issues that require additional expertise
- Resolving customer support issues within the EWP L2 client team, prioritizing and escalating issues based on impact and urgency
- Personal support and follow-up of affected users to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution
- Investigate unknown problems to identify root causes and develop permanent, documented solutions
- Act as a liaison between L1 and L3 support teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with the L3 team on projects on current and emerging technologies to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and best practices
- Assist the team leader with administrative and cross-functional tasks to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise workspace platforms and related technologies
- Experience in providing second level technical support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
