Job description
Tasks
- ACT as primary contact for EWSK support, analyzing and troubleshooting unknown issues that require additional expertise
- Resolving customer support issues within the EWP L2 client team, prioritizing and escalating issues based on impact and urgency
- Personal support and follow-up for affected users, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution
- Investigation of unknown problems to identify causes and develop permanent, documented solutions
- Act as liaison between L1 and L3 support teams, promoting seamless communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with the L3 team on projects on current and emerging technologies, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Supporting the team leader in administrative and cross-functional tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise workspace platforms and related technologies
- Experience in providing second level technical support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
