Execution (Asia) - Night Desk Officer

Tasks

• Make sure that business operations run smoothly.
• Supporting our clients during the trading sessions in London and New York.
• Responsible for executing customer orders in the financial markets.
• Providing expertise in customer service.
• Meeting the needs defined by the custodian, as well as the legal and regulatory compliance requirements with respect to the various legal and regulatory authorities.
• Management of market infrastructure (Host Clearing Entity) to support trading, regulatory, legal, operational, administrative, and back-office needs.
• Act in accordance with the instructions of the Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement functions, as well as the Bank’s reporting cycles.

Requirements

• Degree in finance or accounting.
• A master's degree is not required, but is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in operations.
• At least one year of experience in operations.
• 5 years of experience in international trade and international transaction clearing.
• At least one year of experience should have been gained after graduation (post-graduation).
