Execution Management Support Specialist - Trading / SaaS & Vendors (Full-Time)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Execution Management Support Specialist to support and optimize the trading processes and technical infrastructure of the trading desks. The ideal candidate should have experience in trading support and electronic order execution, as well as a strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.

Tasks

- Analyzing FIX messages and trade orders, and identifying root causes of issues - Collaborating with traders, technical teams, and external vendors to maintain a stable trading connection - Assisting with basic scripting or programming tasks to automate workflows, perform checks, and analyze log files

Your profiles

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Financial engineering or programming (preferred) - Experience in trade support or electronic execution workflows - Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and order routing mechanics - Solid understanding of T7, T24 (architecture and business workflows) is a major plus - Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, Bash) - Familiarity with electronic trading platforms: TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWeb - Good understanding of market microstructure and electronic execution workflows - Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and comfortable supporting traders in time-sensitive environments
