Work with traders, technical teams, and external vendors to maintain a stable trading connection
Support for basic scripting or programming tasks to automate routing, perform checks, and analyze log files

Your profile

Experience in trading support or electronic execution workflows
Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and order routing mechanisms
Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash)
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and market structures
Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and comfortable providing support to traders in time-sensitive environments
FIX certification and CFA or similar qualifications would be desirable
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is preferred
