Execution Management Support Specialist - Trading / SaaS & Vendors

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Support for buy-side trading venues
• Ensuring smooth order routing and the stability of the execution workflow
• Collaborating with merchants, technology teams, and external providers to maintain a stable trading connection
• Support for basic scripting or programming tasks to automate routing, perform checks, and analyze log files

Requirements

The requirements are:

• Experience in trading support or electronic execution workflows
• Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and order routing mechanisms
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash)
• Familiarity with major electronic trading platforms and market structures
• Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and comfortable supporting dealers in time-sensitive environments
• FIX certification and CFA or similar qualifications are preferred
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); German is preferred

We offer

We are offering an interesting and challenging role in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with a 100% workload. The contract will be arranged through our external payroll partner and will have a term of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
