Execution Services Specialist

Tasks

The role of Execution Services Specialist involves supporting the bank’s trading activities by providing high-quality execution services for various asset classes. This includes:

• The execution of exchange-traded derivatives and structured product orders while simultaneously managing operational risks
• Providing high-quality service to the bank’s direct access clients (DACs) and offering market insights as needed
• Regular meetings with representatives from the front office department to learn about customer needs and requirements and ensure that the products and services offered remain relevant and competitive

Requirements

The position requires:

• Relevant college degree and professional experience in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in the execution of exchange-traded products and structured products
• Ability to provide consulting services to the business
• Strong understanding of the use of electronic pricing tools and trading systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
• Strong business acumen, a keen sense of business, and a broad understanding of financial markets and products

Regulatory requirements

The position requires:

• An MAS license as a representative
• CACS 1 & 2, FMRP, RES 12B, CM-EIP and CM-SIP, or CM-CMP
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements
• Understanding of cross-border rules and regulations
