- Efficient management and processing of expenses and invoices in accordance with Nomura guidelines
- Coordination of flights, tickets, foreign currency, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Telephone services, including comprehensive messaging and call screening
- Personnel management and maintenance of vacation and absence logs for the team
- Providing cover for other assistants during vacations
- Response to urgent requests
- Organization of ad hoc requests or non-standard requests, if necessary
Experience:
- Experience in supporting executives at the highest level
- Relevant experience in a capital markets front office environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently
- Effective team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of confidentiality
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to interact confidently at all levels
