Executive Director, Head of Products (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Products to lead our product strategy and execution in Singapore. This role is a key individual contributor who will act as a bridge between our Singapore unit (SGIE) and the Group Product organization based in Zurich.

Main tasks:

• Act as senior product representative in Singapore and interact with the Singapore Executive Board and Group Product Leadership in Zurich.
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the region, with a focus on trading (both crypto and TradFi), custody and staking.
• Identify trends and dynamics in the local market and work with the client team to identify market needs, shape product offerings and improve the client experience.
• Ensure that local product initiatives are in line with regulatory requirements and the global strategy.
• Provide oversight and support for trade and custody operations in APAC.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry forums and regulatory discussions as required.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, compliant and innovative digital asset solutions.
• Prepare for future team leadership as the company grows.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 10 years' experience in product management or related roles within regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, trading environments and custody solutions in the APAC region.
• Successful experience in collaborating across functions to deliver impactful products in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
• Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are highly valued.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory frameworks and customer expectations in the digital financial world.
