Executive Director, Private Banker, KSA

Morgan is seeking an experienced Private Banker to service ultra-high net worth clients in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to provide a comprehensive wealth management solution and attract new clients. Job Summary

Join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's EMEA Private Banking business. We are seeking exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to provide a first-class experience to clients. This role involves leading new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. You will be the face of J.P. Morgan's Private Banking business, responsible for delivering a complete wealth management solution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients and assets from Ultra High Net Worth clients, primarily in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain and develop an existing book of business with UHNW clients from Saudi Arabia.
  • Implement investment, banking, and trust/estate products for core clients.
  • Coordinate with specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex clients.
  • Manage accounts to ensure client profiles are complete and accounts are properly serviced, adhering to J.P. Morgan's Risk Management framework.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor and manage risks associated with client relationships and take proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Build trust and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Ensure products and services align with clients' needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional service excellence and engage cross-line-of-business partners as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience as a Private Banker or similar role, focusing on the Saudi wealth market.
  • Proven business development experience and skills.
  • Demonstrated sales success, including prospecting, profiling, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Result oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong relationship management and team-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferred.
  • Experience or understanding of investments, banking, credit, and wealth planning concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, including technological changes.
