Exilete (Asia) – Night Desk Officer
The Alfred Bea Group is seeking a Night Desk Officer for Exilete (Asia) in Singapore who has at least five years of experience in the financial sector and in-depth knowledge of asset classes and compliance requirements in Europe and Asia. The position involves client support, operational assistance, and risk management during the night shift; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

- Maintaining long-term relationships with our counterparts
- A proactive and systematic approach to all administrative and organizational tasks
- Responding to general client inquiries regarding financial performance and cash flows
- Regular participation in initial supervision to stay abreast of global trends and developments and take appropriate measures to ensure full compliance, where necessary
- Work in accordance with the guidelines provided by the business unit head at the Exilete (Asia) Night Desk
- Maintain and update documentation in accordance with the client's needs
- Monitor all systems across Europe and provide regular reports to management
- Regular review of business processes to ensure that efficiency and productivity are maintained at optimal levels
- Meet all regulatory requirements for establishing compliance
- Ensure the full delivery of all administrative tasks, including
- Handle all sales-related processes
Requirements
- A strong understanding of financial products across all asset classes
- A strong understanding of client-specific legal and tax structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin can be an added advantage
- Master's-level experience in finance
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience with electronic systems and requirements
- Understand core fund flow requirements
