Your role

You are a designer with a track record of designing meaningful experiences for large and complex organizations. You enjoy deeply understanding user and business needs, quickly iterating concepts with users and then implementing them with technology partners. You want to play a key role in transforming our company into an AI-powered and client-centric organization.

Tasks

• Drive the Wealth Management (WM) division's front-to-back digital transformation agenda by deeply understanding the roles and motivations of WM clients, relationship managers and operations staff
• Facilitate collaborative meetings and work closely with product, market and business specialists to understand business needs, identify opportunities and utilize design to achieve desired business outcomes
• Transform existing journeys and processes by designing for AI and Agentic AI-powered experiences
• test and learn quickly with users and iterate either in the design space or in production

Your team

You will join the Insights & Experience team of designers, customer insights experts and engineers. You will work with a talented team to deliver meaningful business value by taking care of our users, solving problems quickly and creatively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing tasks
• Proven track record in solving design problems
• Expertise in core design skills, including:
• Figma expertise with experience
