Your role

Are you a designer with a track record of creating meaningful experiences for large and complex organizations? Do you enjoy deeply understanding user and business needs, quickly iterating concepts with users and then implementing them with technology partners? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our business into an AI-powered and client-centric organization?

Tasks

• Drive the Wealth Management (WM) division's front-to-back digital transformation agenda by deeply understanding the roles and motivations of WM clients, relationship managers and operations staff,
• Facilitate collaboration sessions and work closely with product, market and business specialists to understand business needs, identify opportunities and leverage design to achieve desired business outcomes,
• Transform existing journeys and processes by designing for AI and Agentic AI-powered experiences,
• test and learn quickly with users and iterate either in the design space or in production.

Your team

Working in the Insights & Experience team of designers, client insight experts and by nurturing our users, iterating non-stop.

Your expertise

• 3+ years of experience in designing journeys,
• proven track record in solving design problems,
• Expertise in basic design skills, including:
• Expertise in Figma; with experience in:
• strong communication skills, both in:
• Ability to think creatively while you:
