Experience Designer

The Experience Designer position at UBS in Zurich involves designing digital experiences for the Wealth Management Division to create an AI-enabled and client-centric organization. The focus is on digital transformation, co-creation with stakeholders and the design of AI-based experiences.

Your role

Are you a designer with a track record of creating meaningful experiences for large and complex organizations? Do you enjoy deeply understanding user and business needs, quickly iterating concepts with users and then implementing them with technology partners? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our business into an AI-powered and client-centric organization?

Tasks

  • Driving the digital transformation of the Wealth Management (WM) division from front to back-end through deep understanding of the roles and motivations of WM clients, relationship managers and operations staff
  • Facilitate co-creation sessions and work closely with product, market and business specialists to understand business needs, identify opportunities and utilize design to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Transforming existing journeys and processes by designing for AI and Agentic AI-powered experiences
  • Fast testing and learning with users and iterating either in the design room or in production

Your expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in travel organization
  • Successful track record of using design to solve complex problems
  • Expertise in basic design skills, including:
  • Expertise in Figma with experience in:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining a practical approach
