Experienced in Dialog Marketing

The role

Are you ready to leverage your creativity and experience in dialogue marketing to position and further develop the BANK-now brand for the long term? Are you excited about driving data-driven marketing initiatives based on CRM data and taking the dialogue marketing channel to the next level with innovative approaches and automation? Then we’re looking for you! In this key role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of dialogue marketing campaigns tailored to the entire customer journey. Your responsibilities include:

• Development of the dialogue marketing strategy and annual planning
• End-to-end management of campaigns (direct mail, email, outbound calls) in close coordination with the CRM manager
• Analysis and evaluation of campaigns, as well as the identification and implementation of opportunities for optimization
• Co-lead on the marketing automation project aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing customer engagement (including the implementation of lead nurturing and data analytics)

• Several years of professional experience in dialogue marketing
• Experience with marketing automation
• Strong analytical and conceptual approach
• A holistic, entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on efficiency and achieving goals
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
• A keen sense of text and design, as well as digital tools and data
• Excellent written and spoken German
