Tasks

The various tasks that await you:

• Manage remote appraisals, including the processing of photos and invoices
• Organize the distribution of expertise entrusted to independent experts
• Prepare and verify estimates and invoices for vehicle repairs
• Handle claims rationally, in accordance with current guidelines
• Assessing the value of vehicles at the time of concluding insurance contracts
• Examine exceptional incidents in the technical field and write detailed reports
• Ensure the management of authorized repairers

Requirements

Votre profil :

• You have a federal certificate as a bodywork technician or mechanic.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of vehicles or automotive expertise.
• French is your native language; a good knowledge of German is a major advantage.
• You work independently, know how to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate good resistance to stress.
• Motivated and committed, you have good interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, and collaborating with different partners.
• You are proficient in using computer tools.
