Tasks

• In this cross-functional area, you will prepare financial analyses and detailed reports, develop and implement new tools to increase the transparency of financial data, support strategic management decisions, and improve the company's financial performance.
• You analyze budget deviations, identify potential for action, propose corrective measures, and implement them.
• You will develop the information system for the bank in collaboration with colleagues.
• As a business partner, you maintain regular contact with other departments, identify their reporting needs, and support them in increasing efficiency with the aim of standardizing reports and exploiting synergies.

Requirements

• You have a higher education degree in economics or finance (specialization in controlling would be a plus) and have solid experience in controlling, ideally in the banking sector.
• With a sharp mind, you excel in analytical skills and have in-depth knowledge of planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting methods and practices.
• As a curious person, you are familiar with computer tools (especially Power BI), and your solid communication skills in French and German enable you to build relationships of trust and work together to develop efficient solutions.
