Job description

As a Finance & Controlling Specialist, you will participate in various department activities and ensure that deadlines are met.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for monitoring investments and costs (CAPEX/OPEX) across the entire bank
• You will help develop dashboards and financial analyses to effectively reach your target audience and support strategic decision-making
• You will be involved in creating and refining financial forecasts
• You will contribute to the reform of the investment process (real estate / IT)
• You will be involved in preparing regulatory reports for the supervisory authorities (BNS – FINMA)

Requirements

• They are distinguished by their strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of banking regulations
• You have a college degree in business (HEC, Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Controlling) and experience in banking risk management, banking accounting, or banking auditing
• You have a strong understanding of banking regulations and an interest in IT, which enables you to work effectively with software (ideally Fire and Finnova) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Your native language is French or German, and you have a good command of the other language
• You are an agile and entrepreneurial person who values entrepreneurial leadership
• You are a trustworthy and independent person with a sense of the common good
