Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Fiscal Expert (f/h/x) for an 80-100% position in Lausanne to ensure the fiscal compliance of the company in Switzerland and internationally. The successful candidate will bring a proactive and expert perspective to the company's strategy and transformation projects.
Job description
Expert-e Fiscal-e (f/h/x) - 80% à 100%Tasks
- Guarantee the Group's fiscal compliance, in Switzerland and abroad
- Follow legislative and regulatory changes and formulate adapted recommendations
- Accompagnagner les entités dans l'analyse des impacts fiscaux de leurs décisions stratégiques
- Élaborer et superviser les déclarations fiscales, assurer les relations avec les autorités
- Participate in fiscal optimization and structuring projects
- Mettre en oeuvre une veille active et adapt les processus internes en conséquence
Requirements
- Diplôme supérieur en droit fiscal, économie ou finance (Master, diplôme fédéral de fiscaliste, expert-comptable spécialisé...)
- Significant experience in fiscalité, ideally in the insurance or cabinet sector
- Solid knowledge of Swiss fiscal law and international developments (ex.: OCDE Piliers II)
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers de manière autonome et structurée
- Excellentes aptitudes d'analyse et de communication
- Maîtrise du français et/ou de l'allemand; anglais à tout
