Expert-e Fiscal-e (f/h/x) - 80% à 100% Hybrid Lausanne, Suisse With professional experience

Tasks

• Guaranteeing the tax compliance of the Vaudoise Group in Switzerland and internationally
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes and formulating appropriate recommendations
• Supporting the units in analyzing the tax implications of their strategic decisions
• Preparing and monitoring tax returns, ensuring relations with the authorities
• Participation in projects to optimize and structure taxes
• Implementing active monitoring and adapting internal processes accordingly

Requirements

• Degree in tax law, economics or finance (Master's degree, federal degree as a tax specialist, auditor with specialization...)
• Significant experience in tax consultancy, ideally in the insurance sector or in a law firm
• Solid knowledge of Swiss tax law and international challenges (e.g. OECD Piliers II)
• Ability to work on several cases independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in French and/or German; English a plus
